SHIPPING INFORMATION
WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Shipping time does not include the processing time of 7 business days.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. Your order will be cancelled.
California,Texas & All other west coast customers MUST select the 3 day shipping option or your orders will be unfortunately have to be cancelled. We are not responsible if you don’t select the appropriate shipping.

THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE 100% NATURAL & MADE FRESH. TIMING OUR ORDERS’ PRODUCTION & SHIPMENT IS CRITICAL.
WEST COAST CUSTOMERS ARE URGED TO CHOOSE UPS 3 DAY SELECT OR OTHER UPS NEXT DAY AIR OPTIONS WHEN ORDERING.
Orders may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
SHIPPING POLICY
In order to control the amount of time in transit for these perishable items, they are only shipped on select days of the week based on which shipping method you choose and the transit time to your location.
Ground: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Second Day: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Next Day: Orders ship Monday through Thursday.
Second Day: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
Next Day: Orders ship Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following Monday. If transit time allows for timely delivery to your location our warehouse may choose to ship some orders outside of these defined windows.
Orders placed on or just prior to a holiday could experience a slight delay in shipping.
Frozen and refrigerated items cannot ship in a quantity that requires Common Carrier shipping, as well as cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
Order Tracking:
You may receive your tracking information as your order processes, but that does not mean that it has shipped.

YOU WILL RECEIVE SHIPPING CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED & SHIPPED (7-11 business days) , NOT UPON ORDERING.
** In-Transit Time/Priority Shipping – Starts when your order has been shipped & does not include standard processing time of 7-11 business days.

Arrival is based on the CARRIER’S SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES. Allow 7–11 Days for your order to be processed & shipped.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds or exchanges.
We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier. (ex.Delayed items, Damages, or Lost Packages).
